BAR is the abbreviation for Business Analysis and Research


隆福行 (LFH) 1959年創立至今,已有66年歷史,公司的決策一向是依賴著累積的經驗、與主事者的直覺判斷。
公司雖編列有一些針對客戶的預算,但應用時都是以「覺得這樣對客戶比較好」或「這樣應該會對他們有幫助」做決策,卻不曾去問客戶需要或喜歡什麼?對我們的服務滿意或不滿意的地方在那裡?其他舉如市場調查、業務績效的研究,也不曾運用統計、問卷等科學的方法,進行深入的研究。
2023年起,我就讀中原大學的商博班後,想要試著把學到的知識拿來應用看看,因此邀請了三位同學一起來做研究。藉這個機會,嘗試為隆福行的BAR門跨出嘗試的第一步。
這計畫得到隆福行總經理Raymond博士的支持,撥預算予三位同學工讀機會,也派出相關同仁協助,並提供研究相關所需的資料。
目前預計的程序如下:

Long Fu Hong Inc. (LFH) was founded in 1959 and has a history of 66 years. The company’s decisions have always relied on accumulated experience and the intuitive judgment of those in charge.

Although the company has compiled some budgets for customers, when applying them, decisions are made based on “I think this is better for the customers” or “this should be helpful to them”, but they never ask the customers what they need or like? What are the areas where you are satisfied or dissatisfied with our services? Other studies, such as market research and business performance research, have never used scientific methods such as statistics and questionnaires to conduct in-depth research.

Since 2023, after I enrolled in the Doctoral Program in Business at Chung Yuan Christian University, I wanted to try to apply the knowledge I had learned, so I invited three classmates to do research together. Taking this opportunity, I will try to take the first step towards opening the BAR door of LFH.

This project was supported by Dr. Raymond, General Manager of LFH, who allocated a budget for the three students to have work-study opportunities, sent relevant colleagues to assist, and provided the necessary research-related information.

The currently envisioned process is as follows:


籌備: 2025/02/15六 Augustine, Romi, Reyner: 交Resume/說明規定/建員工帳號/說明月支薪如何入賬/應完成工作
成立: 2025/03/01六 正式成立lfhBAR, 開始進行 2025專題研究
目標: LFH建立研究分析部門,每年有專案研究,幹部可參與接受訓練。
進度: 每月每組至少應參加一次週會(原則上用第3週五),BAR人員,請用討論區BAR分類,提供會議與討論記錄。
建議: 盡可能報名參與三月的新人訓練,可了解公司及營業細節。
Preparation: 2025/02/15 Saturday Members Augustine, Romi, Reyner: Submit resume/explain the regulations/create employee account/explain how to enter monthly salary/work to be completed.
Established: 2025/03/01 Sat. lfhBAR was formally established and started 2025 Special Research.
Objective: LFH will establish a research and analysis department, conduct special research projects every year, and cadres can participate in training.
Progress: Each group should attend at least one weekly meeting each month (in principle, the third Friday). BAR personnel, please use the discussion area BAR classification to provide meeting and discussion records.
Recommendation: Sign up for the new employee training in March if possible to learn more about the company and business details.
