2025有關「客戶」的調查研究
LFHfund有4M可用於客戶方面的預算,已撥給Ray和文勝各1M使用,
其餘部份擬撥1M來做統計調查研究。草案如下:
2025年,計畫把LFHfund有關客戶Budget,撥出部份,用來做調查研究。
人員:邀請Augustine、Romi、Reyner三個同學為研究工讀生,及劉士豪老師為顧問。
題目:

What are the most important explanatory variables Xi for the salesperson’s performance?

By measuring the performance parameter Xi of the entire company, can we predict the change of Y during a certain period?

I asked our General Manager, Ray, for a budget to support research on 3 topics. This is related to customer satisfaction, market research, and sales performance.
And I also recommend you to take this opportunity to get a deeper understanding of the Taiwanese market and publish a research paper, each of which will receive a bonus of NT$200,000.
If you are interested with this challenge, please come to our office at 9:30, 14th February to know the detail.

-Proposal Submission
Put together a clear summary of the research goals and expected results. (LFH Expected to get the proposal about July)Background Study
Do a survey and gather relevant info to support the research.Research Methodology
Explain how the research will be done, including data collection and analysis.Time Management
Use a Gantt chart to keep track of the project timeline.
Submitting to a Conference/Journal
Plan to submit the research findings to a conference or journal.
- Meetings with Advisor
Meet with the professor every Tuesday morning. (Is it suitable with everybody?)
- Send meeting notes to LFH with a summary of what was discussed.About Data Collection
LFH will help get the necessary data (with an assistant).Final Report Submit a final report once everything is done.
Proposal Deadline
The proposal needs to be submitted by July at the latest.
A meeting with the professor is required.
