• 教師成績上傳期間，成績即時顯示，另於每日凌晨2時系統進行同步計算實得學分數、平均及排名作業，此時成績與排名僅供參考，因部分成績還會異動與更新。
• 依據教育部專科以上學校遠距教學實施辦法第7條第3項、中原大學遠距教學實施辦法第6條第2項規定：採計為畢業總學分數之遠距教學課程學分數，不得超過畢業總學分數之二分之一。
• 修讀遠距課程時勿違反上述規定，同學已修畢本學系課程總學分數中遠距課程學分數請至「學生1網通→學業→選課→My Mentor選課指導系統→課程指引與推介→以畢業學系課程為路徑(網頁頁面最下方)」查詢。
• 歷年成績單未開放下載，請至維澈樓1樓聯合行政服務中心申請正式成績單。

• The grades show on the system immediately. In addition, the system will simultaneously calculate the earned credits and the average at 2 AM every day. However, the scores and rankings which are for reference only will change and update during the uploading of teachers' grades.
• In accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 3 of “Regulations for the Implementation of Distance Education in College degree and above by the Ministry of Education” and Article 6, Paragraph 2 of “Chung Yuan Christian University Distance Learning Courses Policy”:「The credits of distance learning courses taken by students shall not exceed one-half of the total credits for graduation.
• Students who take distance courses could not obey the rules below. Students can inquire about those completed distance courses credits of their department credits.

• Transcripts for all Semesters are not available for download. If you need an official transcript, please apply for it at the Administration & Service Center at 1F of Dickson Lee Hall.

Information about CYCU learning & consultation resources
We are concerned about the student’s current situation. We would like to help them with the problems they face while in university such as their learning difficulties or career planning. We encourage them to use the resources below or contact the relevant units depending on their situation or need if necessary.

• When students need to inquire about the strategies of reading and learning, they can discuss them with their tutor or use the tutoring time provided by the department. When students need to inquire about learning, the advisor will have a counseling interview to assist them with their academic learning problems, for other questions, please contact the respective department or their advisor for consultation.
